In the event that you need to make a claim simply call DUInsure’s claims team - they'll guide you through the claims process. They may be able to give you a coverage decision on the spot, plus they'll let you know the next steps to take such as sending in supporting documents for the claim.
To speed things up please have your policy number handy and any documentation that will help support your claim.

Once you've notified us of your claim you'll need to provide documentation to support your claim. This will help us to assess your claim effectively. Each type of insurance claim you make may require different supporting documentation.
For emergency claims contact us as soon as you can and they will advise you further.
For loss or theft of your luggage/personal effects, report it immediately to the police and obtain a written notice of your report. You'll also need proof of ownership for the items.

* If you're sending original documents to support your claim make sure you keep copies for yourself. Remember to submit all documents in writing within 30 days of your return. We can process your claim within 10 business days of receiving a complete claim form and all necessary documents. We will send written notification within 10 business days if any additional information is needed.
